- Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Review incoming applications and conduct an initial assessment of candidate profiles.
- Communicate with potential candidates when needed, present vacancies, and assess initial interest.
- Maintain a strong top-of-funnel pipeline with a target of at least 50 new relevant candidates per month.
- Keep candidate information up to date in the ATS and check profiles for duplicates before submission.
