About the role:
We’re looking for a Junior Organic Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day management of our social channels, including planning and distribution of content, community management, and structural tasks. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands internet culture and community management across different social media platforms, has a strong eye for content, and is structured and can keep an overview of complex processes.
You’ll work closely with 3Shape’s senior social media manager to ensure a stable baseline of organic social media operations.
Areas of responsibility:
Content production
Finalize copy documents after regulatory review and ensure that all disclaimers and edits are correct
Organize content based on monthly content plan
Share monthly content with our markets
Build monthly content overview
Idea-generate and support content production
Content publishing
Schedule and publish content to global channels through Hootsuite
Community management
Monitor inbox on owned global channels and engage with our customers in a timely and authentic way
Monitor external Facebook groups and coordinate answers with relevant team members
Reporting
Tagging content in Hootsuite for global reports
Documenting
Assist in documenting processes.
To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:
Social media savvy
You know your way in the organic social media sphere and have a solid understanding of the platforms, their differences, and strengths. You have hands-on experience managing or working with social media accounts for (larger) companies; B2B preferred but not mandatory.
Organized and detail-oriented
You are by nature organized and structured, as the role requires a good overview and clear communication.
English level — Advanced
You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Collaboration and stakeholder management
You are a natural collaborator, and you have great interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with social media management tools
E.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar
Experience with content creation tools
E.g., Figma, Canva
Experience with reporting
E.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
Experience with content production
