Що робити
- Assist in the preparation, review, and amendment of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, contractor agreements, vendor agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Perform initial legal review of contracts and identify provisions requiring further assessment by senior legal team members.
- Conduct legal research on various corporate, commercial, employment, and compliance matters and prepare summaries for internal use.
- Assist in preparing legal memoranda, reports, checklists, and internal guidance materials.
- Support legal due diligence activities by collecting, reviewing, and organizing corporate and supporting documentation related to clients, vendors, contractors, and business partners.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- At least 1 year of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate legal department, IT company, or law firm.
- Basic understanding of commercial, corporate, and contract law principles.
- Experience reviewing, drafting, and amending commercial agreements and other legal documentation.
- Experience working with English-language contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, contractor agreements, and other commercial documents.
