Your future responsibilities:
IT Process and IT Control Management:
IT Processes: Supporting the IT department in ensuring compliance of IT controls with group policies and standards; supporting and implementing the Bank’s IT processes, standards, and policies; collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for IT processes
IT Controls: Setting up IT controls, gathering evidence of IT control execution, compiling consolidated comments, and closing IT controls in the dedicated software. Communicating with IT control owners to collect, clarify, and adjust evidence
SLM Process: Coordinating the Service Level Management process, updating process documentation in accordance with requirements, and managing the SLM repository
IT Audit:
IT Audit Coordination: Interacting with regulatory, internal, and external audits
Handling IT Audit Requests: Reviewing and verifying information, and monitoring compliance with deadlines. Communicating with IT departments to clarify details regarding requests, and consolidating large volumes of information
Your skills and experience:
Active use of digital technologies and software solutions: PowerPoint, PowerBI, Grafana, Jira/Confluence; advanced MS Excel skills (working with large datasets, writing formulas); proficiency with AI/GPT tools, etc
Knowledge of standards such as ITIL and COBIT will be an advantage
Analytical mindset: risk analysis, auditing, and process performance evaluation
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
Attention to detail and accuracy: ability to process large volumes of information error-free.
Proactivity and result-orientation: ability to articulate thoughts clearly and practice active listening
Multitasking: readiness to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, strong self-organization, and the ability to switch between tasks without compromising quality
