Що робити

Job Posting & Management: Draft engaging job descriptions and publish them across key platforms (job boards, Telegram channels, social media, specialized talent platforms).
Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for relevant candidates through candidate databases, LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, and alternative sourcing channels.
Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes/profiles against position requirements.
Initial Outreach & Engagement: Conduct initial communications with candidates, assess motivation, and coordinate next interview stages.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate statuses and update records in the ATS system.

Що очікуємо

Good understanding of recruitment processes and modern sourcing channels.
Active sourcing skills (Boolean Search and X-ray search techniques are a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first approach.
High attention to detail, self-discipline, and strong time-management skills for remote work.
Quick learner with a strong desire to grow in the recruitment field.
