- 6+ months of experience at a product-led IT company in analytics, user acquisition, or creative marketing — or 1+ year at an FMCG company in brand management, marketing, or analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills: you can identify root causes, break complex challenges into manageable parts, and land on the best solution.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine drive to take ownership and see things through.
- Solid analytical foundation: confident understanding of growth metrics (CR, ARPU, CAC, LTV) and basic proficiency with analytics tools.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency in English.
