What You’ll Do:
As a Junior Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of helping our clients get the most out of their D365 BC systems. Don’t worry—we don’t expect you to know it all on day one. You’ll be learning from experienced consultants, shadowing their every step, and working directly with clients as you grow into the role.
Your typical responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients with day-to-day D365 BC issues and requests
Assisting in system configurations and small-scale customizations
Documenting client needs and working with senior consultants to deliver solutions
Participating in ongoing training and certification programs
Learning about business processes in finance, operations, sales, and more
Getting hands-on experience with one of the most in-demand ERP systems in the world

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Are a recent graduate or early-career professional in IT, business, finance, or a related field
Have at least B2 Level of English
Love problem-solving and working with systems or data
Are curious about how companies run their operations through ERP platforms
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Are excited about learning and professional development
Prior exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central, other ERP systems, or basic programming (e.g., AL, SQL) is a bonus, but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
