- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders using effective data collection and business analysis techniques.
- Developing and updating technical documentation, specifications, process diagrams, and other project-related materials.
- Analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements, reporting solutions, dashboards and process automation initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align requirements and obtain feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of business analysis principles, business analysis techniques, project management methodologies, and business intelligence basics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with documentation and modelling tools, e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA.
- Basic hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Platform, dashboards, reporting, and business process automation.
