Що робити
- Job Architecture Management
- Own and maintain the job architecture framework (job families, levels, titles); ensure consistent application across functions and alignment with organizational structure and compensation approach. Maintain reference files and dictionaries
- Job Profiles Governance & Validation
- Lead validation of new and updated job profiles, ensuring correct scope, level differentiation, and compliance with standards. Prevent duplication, misclassification, or uncontrolled title creation; challenge inconsistencies when required
- System Alignment & Change Support
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations, Organizational Management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of job architecture concepts (job families, levels, role scope)
- Advanced Excel skills and data-driven mindset
- Ability to analyze and compare roles across functions
- High attention to detail and consistency
