Your skills and experience:
5+ years with Jira / Atlassian ecosystem (administration, development, or engineering)
Technical leadership: architecture decisions, code reviews, mentoring
Hands-on with Jira Data Center and Cloud in complex environments
Jira architecture design aligned with business processes
ScriptRunner + Groovy for custom logic
Jira REST API and integration patterns
System integrations: REST, webhooks, middleware
Access control and security: SSO, IAM, RBAC
Work in regulated / security-sensitive environments
