- 1. Platform Administration:
- Administer Jira and Confluence instances, including user management, permissions configuration, and customization of workflows, issue types, and fields. Jira (server and cloud), сonfluence, Bitbucket, Crowd)
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance.
- 2. Configuration and Customization:
- Configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces to meet the specific requirements of our teams and projects.
