Що робити
- Provide on-site support to office employees and quickly replace faulty equipment.
- Set up meeting rooms for client calls and install office equipment (printers, TVs, displays).
- Administer MikroTik routers (DHCP, NAT, firewall, VPN/IPsec, failover) and the Starlink backup uplink.
- Manage UniFi Wi-Fi access points and Protect cameras.
- Monitor infrastructure in Zabbix and respond to alerts.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, NAT, VLAN, VPN.
- Hands-on experience with MikroTik and UniFi.
- Confident with Windows, macOS and Linux.
- Understanding of monitoring (Zabbix or similar) and backup power systems.
Що пропонуємо
- macOS MDM, Apple Business Manager, Munki.
- Experience with Starlink, Ajax, or CCTV setup.
- Hands-on experience with Cortex XDR and GlobalProtect.
- MTCNA certification.
