Що робити

  • Represent GroupBWT in communication with international clients
  • Research prospective clients and prepare for discovery meetings
  • Conduct and actively participate in discovery calls together with technical consultants and senior sales team members
  • Identify clients' business challenges and help shape potential solution approaches
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process

Що очікуємо

  • 2-3 years of commercial experience in an IT outsourcing company in Sales or other client-facing roles (Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Experience independently participating in or conducting client meetings, discovery calls and business discussions
  • Good understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing services
  • English level B2+
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
