Represent GroupBWT in communication with international clients
Research prospective clients and prepare for discovery meetings
Conduct and actively participate in discovery calls together with technical consultants and senior sales team members
Identify clients' business challenges and help shape potential solution approaches
Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process

2-3 years of commercial experience in an IT outsourcing company in Sales or other client-facing roles (Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Success, etc.)
Experience independently participating in or conducting client meetings, discovery calls and business discussions
Good understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing services
English level B2+
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
