Participate in discovery calls together with senior sales managers and technical consultants
Communicate with international clients and identify their business needs
Prepare meeting notes and maintain CRM records

1+ year of commercial experience in an IT outsourcing company (ideally 2+) in Sales or other client-facing roles (Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Success, etc.)
Experience participating in or conducting client meetings, discovery calls or business discussions
Good understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing services
English level B2+
Excellent communication and presentation skills
