Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with modern project management and tracking tools.
Prior experience in a Project Manager role.
Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher (both written and verbal).
A rock-solid understanding of PM fundamentals (scope planning, timelines, budget management, team composition, methodologies, etc.).
A huge plus: A solid understanding of the technical side of web and software development.

What You’ll Do:
Manage Project Portfolio: Simultaneously lead and manage approximately 10–12 projects, ensuring successful delivery. The project mix typically includes:
Website development from scratch (45%)
Website support & maintenance tickets (25%)
Website design (15%)
Software development (15%)
Define Scope: Establish project boundaries, clear objectives, and deliverables that match client expectations and support business goals.
Plan & Track: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies within our PM software. Monitor progress and actively mitigate risks.
Client & Team Alignment: Run regular status meetings with clients, deliver progress reports, address roadblocks, and keep the internal team perfectly aligned on updates or changes.
Foster Culture: Maintain a collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented team dynamic.
Ensure Quality: Follow industry best practices and project management standards to ensure high quality throughout the entire lifecycle.
Evaluate: Conduct post-project evaluations (retrospectives) to capture lessons learned and continuously optimize our internal processes.
