Що робити
- Manage daily IT operations and provide technical support to employees.
- Set up and maintain employee devices, software, and accounts.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and system access.
- Manage Microsoft 365, internal tools, and user permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of IT support, systems administration, or IT operations experience.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong understanding of networking (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and user access management.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Що пропонуємо
- AWS, Azure, or other cloud platform experience.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- PowerShell, Bash, or IT automation experience.
- Knowledge of IT security, device management, and access controls.
