- Set and deliver a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with the company’s growth and expansion across entities (USA, EU, UA)
- Manage IT budget, headcount planning, and vendor relationships across all three teams
- Set and enforce IT governance — policies, SLAs, security posture, and audit readiness
- Advance IAM maturity across the company — SSO, MFA, Zero Trust principles, and access lifecycle management
- Ensure network infrastructure delivers the performance and redundancy distributed offices need
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years in IT, including 3+ years leading multiple teams
- Hands-on experience with hybrid (on-prem + cloud) enterprise infrastructure
- Knowledge of IAM / Zero Trust architecture
- Experience running a service desk function
- Strong vendor and contract management skills
