Що робити
- Build the end-to-end invoicing process from scratch, including templates, schedules, and tooling
- Issue accurate and timely invoices to partners based on contract terms
- Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts independently
- Reconcile received payments against invoices and bank statements
- Maintain AR reporting and flag risks and discrepancies proactively
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
- Solid understanding of the order-to-cash cycle
- Hands-on experience with billing or ERP systems (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret contracts independently to identify invoicing triggers
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international settlements
