Що робити
- Companies registration, administration and other corporate matters;
- Managing day to day activity of companies incorporated under the laws of different jurisdictions;
- Filling in the relevant documentation provided by providers;
- Coordinating with external corporate and legal agents;
- Drafting different types of legal documents (e.g. PoAs, SPA, SHA, corporate resolutions, services agreements, employment contracts);
