What You Will Own
International Market Priorities and Messaging
Help identify and prioritize the international markets, customer segments and partner ecosystems where Globberry has a credible right to win.
Translate the agreed product and strategic direction into clear buyer-focused value propositions.
Build and maintain a consistent messaging system for the company, products, use cases and target audiences.
Adapt messaging where necessary for different markets without fragmenting the Globberry brand.
Work with technical experts to ensure every external claim is accurate and commercially relevant.
Website and Global Discoverability
Lead the international website redesign: structure, brief, content, contractor selection, delivery and quality control.
Ensure the website explains Globberry’s products, expertise and evidence credibly to international buyers.
Establish an efficient process for keeping all content, language versions and product information accurate and current.
Improve Globberry’s discoverability in search engines, international industry sources, directories and AI-generated answers.
Establish a standard set of buyer-oriented queries and measure progress against an initial visibility baseline.
Content and International Market Visibility
Build a quarterly pipeline of case studies, articles, expert commentary, product stories and relevant company news.
Turn Globberry’s Ukrainian experience and customer results into internationally credible proof.
Develop content with founders and engineers, using AI for research, drafting, translation and workflow automation.
Help executives and technical experts contribute to international industry conversations.
Use LinkedIn, email, industry publications, associations, partner channels and events as parts of one distribution system rather than isolated activities.
Market Development and Sales Enablement
Maintain a prioritized view of international target customers, partners, competitors and relevant market signals.
Identify potential customers through operator news, tenders, network changes, new market entrants, private-network projects and other commercial triggers.
Research potential systems integrators, vendors, consultants and providers of complementary solutions.
Deliver target accounts and partners to sales with a clear explanation of why each is relevant.
Create and maintain a version-controlled library of company decks, product materials, case studies, comparison sheets, proposal and RFP building blocks, and partner materials.
Make sure sales always has current, technically validated and market-relevant materials.
Market Activation and Marketing Operations
Maintain a calendar of relevant international events and evaluate each opportunity against a clear commercial objective.
Plan participation around target companies, pre-booked meetings, participant preparation, follow-ups and post-event evaluation.
Coordinate the necessary content, materials, vendors and partner activity.
Maintain a single operating rhythm for priorities, owners, deadlines, contacts, metrics and reporting.
Introduce AI and automation wherever they can reduce repetitive work without compromising quality.
Not every market, channel or workstream will be treated as equally urgent. Quarterly priorities will determine what is delivered first and what is consciously deferred.
