Що робити
- Plan, organize, and facilitate tech events, knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, hackathons, tech games, and competitions — full cycle from concept to post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with tech and non-tech direction owners to co-create and run meaningful engagement formats; sync regularly to align on topics, formats, and audience needs.
- Build and maintain the tech & engagement events calendar; define and track effectiveness metrics.
- Write and publish internal content: announcements, event materials, monthly digests, and engagement campaigns.
- Manage internal communication channels, track performance, and propose improvements.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of experience in event coordination, internal communications, PR, or project management.
- Proven ability to run projects independently — full cycle, from concept to post-event analysis.
- Strong written and spoken English (B2+) — writing copy and communicating confidently at events and meetings.
- Experience designing and facilitating engaging formats (events, workshops, knowledge sessions).
- Experience collecting, analysing, and reporting on event or engagement metrics.
