At DICEUS, we’re inviting motivated individuals to join us as Intern Business Analysts and start their journey in software delivery and product development.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with enterprise-level solutions in the insurance domain, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn Agile practices, requirement analysis, and documentation preparation. You will work closely with experienced BAs and development teams to understand how real digital products are built and delivered.
What You’ll Be Learning
Fundamentals of business analysis
How to collect, document, and analyze business and technical requirements
Preparing documentation: user stories, specifications, requirements, presentations
Working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
Participation in project meetings: daily stand-ups, planning, demos
Understanding and applying SDLC in practice
Communication with clients and internal stakeholders
What We Expect From You
Basic understanding of software development processes
Strong analytical and communication skills
Interest in business analysis, IT consulting, and working with requirements
Responsibility, attention to detail, willingness to learn and grow
English level — at least Intermediate for communication and documentation
