• Build integrations between our voice agents (Retell AI) and customer systems: CRMs, alarm receiving platforms, ticketing tools
• Webhooks, REST APIs, serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Node.js), n8n workflows
• Write and tune agent prompts and conversation flows, then test them against real call scenarios
• Debug live: read logs, trace a failed webhook, fix it, prove it's fixed
