We are looking for a senior Information Security Manager to take ownership of security across our technology, infrastructure, operations, and products.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate at both strategic and operational levels — shaping security practices, driving risk management, influencing technical decisions, and ensuring that security remains a business enabler as the company continues to scale.
You will work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Compliance, Fraud, and Operations teams to identify risks, respond to incidents, and continuously strengthen the company’s security posture.
What You’ll Own
Own and continuously evolve the company’s security strategy, controls, and operational processes
Lead security incident management, investigations, and post-incident improvements
Drive vulnerability management, penetration testing programs, and remediation initiatives
Establish and maintain effective access management, monitoring, and threat detection practices
Build and maintain security governance, policies, standards, and risk management frameworks
Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to embed security into business and technical decision-making
Oversee vendor and third-party security assessments across the organization’s ecosystem
Drive security awareness and foster a strong security culture across the company
Provide leadership with clear visibility into security risks, incidents, and mitigation efforts
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Security Operations
Proven experience owning security initiatives in iGaming, fintech, payments, or other highly regulated and high-transaction environments
Strong background in security risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, and security governance
Experience working with cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and distributed systems
Hands-on understanding of security monitoring, IAM/PAM, endpoint protection, network security, and modern security tooling
Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, or similar
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive security initiatives across technical and business teams
Comfortable operating independently and balancing strategic priorities with operational execution
Why Join Us
High level of ownership and autonomy
Opportunity to influence security strategy and company-wide processes
Modern technology environment and cross-functional collaboration
Direct impact on platform reliability, compliance, and business growth
If you’re looking for a role where security has a direct influence on technology, operations, and business outcomes — and where you’ll have the autonomy to build, improve, and scale security practices across the organization — we’d love to meet you.
