- HR Strategy: Build the HR function from the ground up, plan organizational growth, and develop compensation frameworks and career paths.
- Recruitment: Own hiring for key roles, build fast and repeatable recruitment processes, and develop talent pipelines, particularly for creative and e-commerce positions.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Create structured processes that help new hires become productive quickly and ensure smooth transitions.
- Performance & Development: Implement KPI frameworks, performance reviews, feedback processes, and employee development initiatives.
- Culture & Retention: Strengthen accountability, engagement, and retention across a distributed international team.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR leadership role.
- Proven experience building HR processes from scratch in a fast-growing company.
- Experience managing fully remote international teams and working with contractors across multiple countries.
- Strong hands-on recruitment skills, including hiring for creative, marketing, and e-commerce roles.
- Experience implementing performance management, compensation, and onboarding systems.
