- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, such as: System Implementation Specialist / HRMS Administrator / Configurator / Change Manager / Organizational Development Manager / Transformation Lead / Release Manager / Product Manager
- Advanced user of AI tools, Google Sheets, Power BI, and other analytical tools
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to influence without formal authority
- Advanced analytical and logical thinking skills
