Що робити

  • Maintain Contacts list and Merchandise list
  • Taking care of corporate gifts and merch
  • Print/order/send/deliver marketing hand-outs
  • Administrate filled out PC Checklists
  • Assisting with Project Folder Management, helping to maintain clear structure and up‑to‑date documentation within project folders

Що очікуємо

  • Аnalytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Upper - Intermediate+)
  • Attention to details
  • Readiness to work with repetitive and monotonous tasks while maintaining accuracy, focus, and consistent quality
  • Willingness to learn and work with licensed software tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint and Teams)
