Що робити
- Own and grow the employer & employee brand as the core of the role — hiring events, workshops, social media, articles, loyalty program; make BotsCrew attractive outside and strong inside
- Stay close to people across the whole company — regular contact, a pulse on mood and engagement, spotting needs, opportunities, and growth zones (this feeds the brand)
- Strengthen team culture offline (Lviv) — grow ownership, innovation, open communication, and initiative through consistent in-person interaction
- Run L&D and AI workshops, recruiting-linked initiatives, and 1:1 communication as tools that reinforce the brand
- Own the full employee journey — onboarding, development touchpoints, and offboarding that leave a strong impression at every stage
Що очікуємо
- Proven ability to build employer/employee brand in practice — you generate ideas, create content, and are genuinely active and visible (including on social media), not remote from it
- 1+ year of HR or People Operations experience in a tech company or similarly structured environment
- Solid understanding of onboarding design, L&D fundamentals, feedback culture, and core HR operations
- Genuinely people-oriented — comfortable in regular contact with teams, reading the mood, surfacing needs early
- Ownership mindset — you follow through, flag issues early, and don’t wait to be told what to do next
