- Stay close to people across the whole company — maintain regular contact with teams, sense mood and engagement, and continuously identify needs, opportunities, and growth zones
- Strengthen team culture offline (Lviv) — develop ownership, innovation, open communication, and initiative through consistent in-person interaction with the team
- Own and grow the employer & employee brand — organize hiring events and workshops, run social media, produce articles, and develop the loyalty program that reflects who BotsCrew is
- Own the full employee journey — design and run onboarding, development touchpoints, and offboarding that leave a strong impression at every stage
- Drive learning and development initiatives — coordinate PDPs, facilitate workshops, and build programs that support real career growth
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of HR or People Operations experience in a tech company or similarly structured environment
- Solid understanding of onboarding design, L&D fundamentals, feedback culture, and core HR operations
- Genuinely people-oriented — you like being in regular contact with teams, reading the mood, and surfacing needs before they become problems
- Ownership mindset — you follow through, flag issues early, and don’t wait to be told what to do next
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across different levels and functions
