- L&D Coordination and Mandatory Training Management
- Collaborate closely with internal experts to design, roll out, and track all mandatory corporate trainings required by our regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML/CFT, Sanctions, Data Privacy/GDPR, Information Security, Anti-Bribery).
- Implement L&D annual planning. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec teams to ensure training initiatives strictly align with financial market regulations (e.g., MiCA, DORA, PCI-DSS).
- Maintain flawless, audit-ready training logs and completion records, using the corporate LMS (KnowBe4). Act as the primary HR contact during internal, external, and regulatory audits to demonstrate full alignment with regulatory training requirements.
- Conduct training needs analyses across technical and soft-skill domains, and build tailored onboarding learning paths.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, with a proven focus on implementing L&D initiatives or coordinating mandatory compliance training programs.
- Direct experience managing end-to-end core HR processes (including performance reviews, onboarding/off-boarding, and employee relations).
- Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms to track employee progression, course completions, and training metrics.
- Familiarity with BambooHR (or similar HRIS systems) for data management and reporting.
- Fluent English with impeccable communication and reporting skills.
