Що робити
- Manage onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and feedback sessions with employees.
- Support managers with employee performance, development, and conflict situations.
- Coordinate HR processes with Finance, IT, and other teams.
- Track key HR metrics, identify process gaps, and suggest improvements.
Що очікуємо
- 3–5 years of HR+Recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience supporting managers with employee-related issues.
- Basic understanding of HR metrics and their impact on business results.
- Confident use of AI tools in daily work.
