Що робити
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: role intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.
- Conduct 1:1s, feedback sessions, and support employees and managers with HR-related questions.
- Partner with managers on performance, development, retention, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate HR operations with Finance, IT, and other teams.
Що очікуємо
- 2-3+ years of experience in HR and Recruiting, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital companies.
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience with performance reviews, employee development, and conflict management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
