About the Role
At ARX Robotics, people are the foundation of everything we build. As an HR Generalist, you will own the full employee lifecycle — from the moment a candidate signs their offer to the day they grow into a key contributor. You will be the person who makes the ARX experience feel human, structured, and intentional.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where your work directly shapes how people join, thrive, and grow within a fast-moving defense-tech company operating at the edge of European innovation.
What You’ll Build
Design and run a seamless preboarding and onboarding experience — from offer acceptance to day one, including documentation, access setup, welcome sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, headcount records, and compensation data across the organization
Support payroll administration and ensure alignment between roles, grades, and compensation levels
Help to organize and manage military registration records (military-obligated employees, conscripts, reservists) and support reservation procedures in line with current Ukrainian legislation
Coordinate Probation Reviews and Performance Reviews, helping managers run meaningful, structured conversations
Support learning and development initiatives, contributing to training coordination and individual development plans
Lead offboarding with care — conduct exit interviews, gather insights, and translate findings into retention recommendations
Contribute to the design and maintenance of the organizational structure, internal HR policies, and People processes
Organize internal events — team-building activities, learning sessions, and company gatherings — and help build a culture where people genuinely want to show up
Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees in the Kyiv office
Collect and validate monthly payroll inputs, including hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, leave, absences, and other relevant changes
What You Bring
2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Operations role
Solid understanding of Ukrainian labor law and core HR administration practices
Experience managing military registration and reservation procedures under current legislation is a plus
Familiarity with Diia City operations is a plus
Experience developing internal HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Confident working th Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and HR platforms
English at Upper-Intermediate level or above — you can communicate clearly with our international team
