Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally including at least 1+ year of exposure to HR / People Partner / HR Generalist work in a product or digital business
Strong Talent Acquisition expertise: full ownership of the recruitment process; a strong track record of closing Senior / Lead / Head / C-level positions; ability to build a hiring strategy for key roles.
Hands-on experience launching or running: performance reviews; development plans / PDPs; employee engagement initiatives; eNPS / engagement surveys; culture & values initiatives.
Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
Strong business mindset — understanding of how HR impacts business outcomes, retention, and performance.

Що пропонуємо

Based in Kyiv or Warsaw, or willing to travel there periodically for corporate events and team meetups.
Experience working in a startup / scale-up environment.
Experience building an executive hiring pipeline.
Experience supporting compensation conversations with market benchmarking.
