Що робити
- Build and lead a comprehensive HR function covering recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, and employee retention.
- Ensure hiring targets are achieved across all business units to support company growth.
- Design and implement structured onboarding and employee development programs.
- Develop and introduce grading frameworks, KPI systems, performance reviews, and career development processes.
- Define organizational structures, roles, and areas of responsibility across the company.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Director, Head of HR, or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience building or scaling HR functions in large organizations.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or other operationally complex environments.
- Strong experience in Grading systems, OKRs, KPI frameworks, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits.
- Hands-on experience implementing HRM and ATS platforms.
