Що робити
- Recruiting 30–50% of your time
- Publish vacancies across job boards and coordinate publishing across other recruitment channels.
- Screen incoming applications.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of experience coordinating recruitment or onboarding in a position such as HR Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator, Project Coordinator or similar.
- Understanding of the candidate journey from the first application to the end of onboarding, and why each stage matters.
- Ability to write clear messages, updates and proposals that other people can quickly understand and act on.
- Ability to keep track of multiple ongoing tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Ability to spot missing information, inconsistencies and small mistakes before they become bigger problems.
