- Own the administration, structure, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Notion workspace.
- Design scalable databases and operational systems from scratch using relations, rollups, formulas, templates, views, permissions, and advanced database logic.
- Translate the company’s operational strategy and Head of Product requirements into practical Notion systems, workflows, and automations.
- Collect and analyze requirements from Product, CRM, HR, Marketing, Operations, and other departments.
- Build and maintain interconnected systems for Product Development, Project Operations, CRM, HR, company documentation, and other business functions.
Що очікуємо
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Notion and previous experience managing a complex company workspace.
- Ability to build databases, dashboards, templates, and interconnected operational systems from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of Notion relations, rollups, formulas, filters, views, permissions, and native automations.
- Experience in Operations, Business Process Management, Project Management, Product Operations, Product Management, or Business Systems.
- Strong understanding of business logic, process architecture, CRM structures, documentation, and cross-functional workflows.
