Що робити
- Own and continuously improve core HR processes — including adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, performance assessment, employee development, and motivation.
- Partner with product CEOs on day-to-day people matters — providing guidance, facilitating discussions, and helping drive sound decision-making.
- Build strong communication with employees and team leads — running regular 1:1s, resolving conflicts, and finding balanced, win-win solutions.
- Promote corporate culture and values through everyday practices and team interactions.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team — grounded in data insights and focused on measurable outcomes.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as an HR professional, with a focus on managing the full employee lifecycle, ideally within a product company.
- English level B1+.
- Working knowledge of HR analytics and comfort using data to inform decisions.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and employee engagement techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with employees.
