Що робити

• Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with local leadership and managers to understand their business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions for the Ukrainian market.
• Performance Management: Drive a high-performance culture by advising on performance management processes, goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and disciplinary actions in accordance with Ukrainian labor regulations and Admixer Advertising’s policy.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Management: Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, including proactive conflict prevention and effective resolution, grievances, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of Admixer Advertising’s policies across the local context.
• Compensation & Benefits: Work with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures and benefit programs aligned with local Ukrainian market practices and Admixer Advertising’s strategy.
• Organizational Development: Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs and market conditions within Ukraine.
