We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Retention who will own the player lifecycle, drive retention and LTV growth, and actively work with CRM campaigns, analytics, and product teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys executing, testing, and optimizing—not just managing.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the retention & CRM strategy.
Build player segmentation and personalized communication journeys.
Launch and optimize bonus, loyalty, and gamification mechanics.
Analyze campaign performance, player behavior, and key retention metrics.
Run A/B tests and turn insights into measurable improvements.
Identify growth opportunities using data and customer behavior.
Lead and mentor the existing CRM/Retention team while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution.
Partner closely with Product, BI, Marketing, Finance, Affiliate, and VIP teams.
What We’re Looking For
Required
5+ years leading Retention/CRM or owning retention strategy in iGaming.
Strong hands-on experience with CRM campaigns, segmentation, player lifecycle, and marketing automation.
Solid understanding of LTV, Retention, Reactivation, player segmentation, and unit economics.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience with CRM platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and A/B testing.
Upper-Intermediate+ English.
Nice to Have
Experience with African markets (Kenia is 1st priority).
BetConstruct or similar gaming platforms.
M-Pesa knowledge.
SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
