Що робити

• Review and evolve QA processes: introduce new test benches and update internal working standards (task structure, documentation, team communication)
• Own the path from Requirement to Release: build STLC and QMS processes, and control post-production quality analysis
• Support regulatory readiness under IEC 62304 and IEC 60601
• Build and maintain Quality Metrics, and regularly reassess which metrics are relevant, outdated, or missing
• Drive a Quality Ownership culture across the whole product organization, not only within QA
