Bridge the gap between Product, Development, and Design teams to ensure smooth workflows, identify delivery bottlenecks, and driving their resolution.
Manage and monitor integrations with operators, ensuring milestones are reached on time and preventing any delays.
Oversee day-to-day legal, compliance, payments, and payroll-related operational tasks in close collaboration with internal and external legal/finance advisors.
Select, configure, and optimize project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.) to establish structured reporting and transparent workflow tracking.
Establish and enforce project deadlines, knowing how and when to "push" and micro-manage if necessary to keep launch dates on track.
