• You Have
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR leadership position with ownership of company-wide people strategy.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing HR functions within fast-growing international organizations.
• Deep expertise across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Workforce Planning.
