- Manage the dispatch team and distribute dispatcher workload;
- Maintain dispatch coverage and minimize uncovered trucks;
- Monitor dispatcher performance and dispatch service quality;
- Track revenue, expenses, lost days, and other operational performance indicators;
- Monitor detention, TONU, layover, and related cases;
Що очікуємо
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Trucking / Dispatch Operations;
- Experience as a Dispatch Manager, Dispatch Team Lead, or Senior Dispatcher;
- Strong understanding of dispatch workflows and US trucking operations;
- Hands-on experience with load boards and broker/driver communication;
- Knowledge of HOS, DOT, and FMCSA requirements;
