- 2+ years in a Lead or Head of Design role with responsibility for business impact and team development.
- Proven experience delivering products end-to-end — from concept (0 to 1) to scaling.
- Deep understanding of UX principles specific to iGaming or crypto products.
- Strong knowledge of game design mechanics and emotional engagement strategies.
