Що робити
- Lead accounting operations across Ukrainian entities and manage the accounting team, ensuring clear ownership, effective processes, and high-quality execution.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee statutory financial statements, tax and regulatory reporting, and compliance with Ukrainian accounting and tax requirements.
- Support group reporting under U.S. GAAP and ensure alignment with corporate accounting policies and reporting requirements.
- Oversee manufacturing and inventory accounting, including fixed assets, production costs, raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, leases, and capital expenditures.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in an accounting leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Standards, tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience with U.S. GAAP or IFRS group reporting in an international or multinational environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, cost accounting, and fixed assets.
