Lead, develop, and scale an Accounting Department of 29+ members across Global Accounting, Global FinOps, Global Payroll, and Global Tax streams.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS (multi-currency consolidation, intercompany elimination).
Develop and implement unified group-wide accounting standards, including global accounting policies, chart of accounts, and methodologies for complex and non-standard transactions.
Manage the full-cycle Group audit process, including auditor selection and rotation, Audit Plan alignment, resolution of complex technical issues, and monitoring post-audit remediations.
Prepare regulatory reporting under CySEC requirements and other regulators (FSA, FSC Mauritius, BVI FSC, etc.).

7+ years in Accounting 3+ of which as a Head of Accounting, Chief Accountant, or Accounting Team Lead within medium- to large-scale companies.
Strong hands-on experience in IFRS financial statement preparation and multi-currency consolidations.
Proven track record in accounting process automation, ERP implementations, and Fast Close methodology (ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for IT).
Clear understanding of Transfer Pricing principles and intercompany transactions.
Experience managing full-cycle annual external audits with top-tier audit firms.
