We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Account Management — someone who knows how to scale commercial operations, build high-performing teams, and turn key partnerships into long-term revenue engines. As we launch and scale our slot portfolio across the market, you will take ownership of the AM function, lead relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators, and align our commercial strategy with aggressive business goals.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop the team: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Account Management team;
Define AM strategy: Shape and execute a scalable account strategy aligned with company revenue goals;
Drive commercial growth: Maximize revenue across all accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, new strategic partnerships, and promo activations;
Manage strategic relationships: Act as the primary high-level partner for key clients, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators and aggregators;
Monitor performance & KPIs: Set clear targets, track critical business metrics (GGR, NGR), and continuously optimize results;
Oversee execution: Direct smooth integrations, product launches, and promotional campaigns across partner platforms;
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction;
Lead negotiations: Drive high-stakes commercial deals, negotiations, and contract renewals;
Optimize operations: Improve internal AM processes, reporting systems, and overall operational efficiency as we scale.
What you bring
iGaming leadership: 5+ years of experience in iGaming account management, with a proven track record in a Senior / Lead / Head role;
Tier 1 & Tier 2 expertise: Deep network and hands-on experience managing top-tier operators, aggregators, and key platform partners;
Team-scaling background: Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling commercial or account management teams;
Data-driven mindset: Fluent in key metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, retention) and experienced with BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar);
Product & integration grasp: Solid understanding of technical integrations, compliance requirements, and slot performance mechanics;
Master negotiator: Exceptional commercial acumen, persuasive communication, and high-level negotiation skills;
Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus).
