- Analyze and optimize performance marketing activities (paid campaigns, traffic acquisition, conversion rates).
- Work with marketing analytics: analyze traffic sources, funnels, user behavior, and channel performance.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and organic growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels and performance advertising.
- Understanding of marketing analytics, funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Experience working with influencers, PR, and partnership channels.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in fintech, Web3, crypto, payments, or other technology-driven industries.
- Experience with high-risk / grey verticals.
- Existing network within affiliate, performance marketing, or fintech communities.
