🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Games Lead, who deeply understands casino content and can take ownership of the games direction.
In this role, you’ll not only grow and optimize the game portfolio across markets, but also define strategy and build a scalable content approach that drives engagement and revenue.
Your mission is to understand what works in each GEO, build strong partnerships, and lead data-driven decisions around content, performance, and growth.
⚙️ Your Tasks:
Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
Own and develop the casino content strategy across all GEOs.
Define portfolio structure, priorities, and expansion roadmap.
Identify growth opportunities through market trends, competitor analysis, and player behavior.
Make decisions on game mix, positioning, and feature focus
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the Games function.
Set priorities, manage workload, and ensure execution quality.
Act as a key decision-maker and go-to expert for all games-related topics.
Market & Content Expansion
Expand the game portfolio across new and existing markets.
Define GEO-specific strategies and recommend game selections for different player segments.
Stay ahead of trends in mechanics, features, and engagement drivers.
Partner & Commercial Management
Own relationships with studios and aggregators.
Lead negotiations on commercial terms and content priorities.
Drive long-term partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
Represent the company at key industry events (ICE, SiGMA, iGB, etc.) — build network, identify new partners, and stay ahead of market trends.
Performance & Optimization
Own key metrics: GGR, retention, bet frequency, session length.
Continuously optimize portfolio based on performance data.
Launch and scale promotional activities (tournaments, free spins, campaigns).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Ops, Commercial, Marketing, and Analytics.
Align content strategy with overall business goals.
Oversee integrations and ensure smooth delivery of new content.
👤Our Criteria:
4+ years in iGaming (casino content, product, games ops, or similar).
Proven experience in owning or leading a games/casino direction.
Strong understanding of RNG/slot mechanics, player behavior, and market differences.
Experience working with studios/aggregators and negotiating commercial terms.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
Experience leading or mentoring others (formal or informal).
Nice to Have
Existing network of studios and aggregators.
Experience building or scaling a games function.
Knowledge of Tier 1 markets and certification processes.
